Our founder, Luca Policella, started his business in 1989 working out of a garage as a one-man show. As business increasingly picked up, a larger team of skilled plumbers were hired and an establishment was purchased on Oak Street in Leamington, Ontario to meet the increasing need for more space and a larger clientele.
Eventually due to company growth, a new and much larger building was built in 1997 sitting at over 7500 square feet at 162 Oak Street West in Leamington, Ontario. Policella Plumbing has proudly grown into a reputable company with over 12 employees and is eagerly looking forward to future development.
